Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days after you receive the item.

Eligibility for Return

Items must be unused, unwashed, in original condition and original packaging with all tags intact. Used pet supplies, hygiene products and customized items are not eligible for return for health and safety reasons.

Return Shipping Cost

Customers are responsible for return shipping fees. Original shipping cost is non-refundable.

How to Start a Return

Email us at support@petstar.com with your order number, photos of the item and reason for return. We will review and send return instructions once approved. Do not send items back without our prior approval.

Refund Timing

Once we receive and inspect the returned goods, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. Your bank may take extra time to show the refund.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive damaged, defective or incorrect goods, please send clear photos within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange replacement or partial refund at our discretion.

Final Note

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.
