Shipping Policy

Warehouse & Origin

All orders are shipped from our warehouse in China.

Processing Time

Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Delivery Time

Estimated international delivery: 7–21 business days, depending on destination country and customs clearance. Customs inspection may cause unexpected delays, which are out of our control.

Shipping Cost

Shipping rates are calculated automatically at checkout based on destination and package weight. We may offer free shipping promotions for orders meeting a minimum spend threshold.

Import Duties & Taxes

Buyer is responsible for all import duties, VAT, customs fees or local taxes charged by your country. These charges are not included in our product price or shipping fee. Please check your local import rules before ordering.

Tracking

Once dispatched, we will send you a tracking number via email so you can monitor your parcel online.

Lost or Stuck Parcels

Please contact us first if your tracking shows no update for over 25 days. We will assist with carrier investigation case by case. We are not liable for packages seized or destroyed by local customs.
